Overview

Unified Leaders (unifiedleaders.com) is a leadership and company evolution practice. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our site or interact with our services.

Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information through this website unless you voluntarily provide it — for example, when booking a call through our scheduling tool, completing the Leadership Capacity Assessment, or sending us an email directly.

When you book an intro call, you interact with Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Calendly collects the information you provide (name, email, availability) directly and is subject to Calendly's own privacy policy (calendly.com/privacy).

The Leadership Capacity Assessment

The Leadership Capacity Assessment is optional and free. Your answers are scored in your browser, and your results are shown to you on screen before you are asked for any contact information.

When you choose to have your profile emailed to you, we collect and store the email address you enter, along with any optional details you provide (first name, number of people you lead, company size), your scores across the five capacities, and your individual answers to the assessment questions. We use this to send you your profile, to follow up about our services, and to understand in aggregate how leaders are responding to the assessment.

This submission is stored in Airtable and is transmitted through a function hosted on Vercel. Your email address and assessment scores are also sent to Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email service provider, so we can deliver your profile and any follow-up messages.

Your assessment results are also encoded into the link to your printable profile page. Anyone you share that link with can see the results it contains, so share it only with people you intend to see it.

If you take the assessment as part of a group session, cohort, or company rollout, the organiser of that group may receive a summary of the group's results. That summary only ever contains patterns across the group, never your name, your email, your individual answers, or anything you typed, and it is only produced once enough people have responded that no one person can be identified from it. When you take the assessment through a group link, the form gives you a checkbox to keep yourself out of that summary while still receiving your own profile. You can also ask to be excluded at any time by emailing matt@unifiedleaders.com.

Your scores also join an anonymous benchmark drawn from every assessment we hold, which is what lets a profile show how a reading compares with other leaders who have taken it. That benchmark only ever contains distributions across the whole group, never your name, your email, your individual answers, or anything you typed, and it is never broken down by any group, company or session you took it in. If you asked to be left out of a group summary, you are left out of this too. To be excluded, or to be removed later, email matt@unifiedleaders.com.

You can ask us to delete your assessment submission at any time by emailing matt@unifiedleaders.com.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies of our own. Cookies and similar technologies may be set by the third-party services embedded on this site, including Calendly's scheduling widget and Google Fonts, in order for those services to function.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising purposes, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of our emails at any time. Email matt@unifiedleaders.com and we will action the request.

We keep assessment submissions and contact records for as long as they are useful for the purposes described above, or until you ask us to delete them.

Email Communications

If you provide your email address to book a call or communicate with us directly, we may follow up regarding our services. You can opt out of any communications at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" or by emailing matt@unifiedleaders.com.
