Leadership Evolution Sprint

Stop training leaders one at a time.

A 30-day cohort that builds shared leadership capacity across every leader in your company.

When the pressure hits

Pressure reveals every leader.

Every leader has a moment when everything breaks at once. When the team hits burnout. When the work becomes mundane and the meaning starts to drift. When the strategy stops working and there is no clear next move.

In those moments, a leader either drifts into survival, operating from whatever is easiest, fastest, or most defensive. Or they return to something steadier. An identity they have shaped on purpose. Values they have committed to. Behaviors they have practiced enough to reach for without thinking.

The Sprint builds the second one. A 30-day cohort that gives your leaders a clear identity, an aligned set of values, and the practices that let them stay rooted under load. So they show up resilient, connected, and present, in how they build, how they solve, and how they relate to each other.

Why this works

One leader is valuable. A team of leaders is unstoppable.

When the leadership layer of your company learns the same language at the same time, three things shift at once.

Before · Fragmented Each leader operating from a different playbook
The three shifts

What changes when leaders share the same map.

A cohort installs more than a curriculum. It installs a shared layer across the people leading your company.

01
Shared language

The same vocabulary for identity, values, and decision-making. 1:1s get clearer. Feedback lands because it lands on common ground.

02
Shared standards

The cohort sets the baseline for what good leadership looks like, and that baseline stays in the company long after the Sprint ends.

03
Shared accountability

Thirty days in a peer cohort creates bonds that outlast the program. The scaffolding most development programs forget to build.

When leaders share a language, separate judgement calls start to look like one coherent team.

What the cohort learns

The five foundations of leadership identity.

The Sprint teaches the universal foundations every leader needs to stay rooted under load. Each foundation has a survival pole that pulls leaders into reactivity, and a steadier center the cohort learns to return to.

01 Energy Restored

Refilled on a real rhythm, leading with your full range.

02 Presence Present

Arriving fully where you actually are, with your whole attention.

03 Candor Self-Led

Saying the true thing, making the call that is yours to make.

04 Direction Rooted

Connected to the mission and able to feel it again.

05 Support Supported

Real outside support, and you actually use it.

Matt Racz
Your facilitator

I have developed leaders for fifteen years.

Matt Racz spent fifteen years as a co-founder and COO, building leadership teams from scratch and developing people from individual contributors into leaders running departments. He also spent about 300 days in training as a Certified Heroic Coach through the Heroic program founded by Brian Johnson.

The Leadership Evolution Sprint is the program Matt built around the system he was using inside companies for years. Identity, values, behaviors, integration. The same four-week arc that turned ICs into the leaders the company needed at the next stage.

"My job is to take a cohort of your leaders through the same four-week arc that built the leaders I most wanted to work with in my own companies."

From leaders Matt has developed

This work has been tested in the seat.

"The frameworks Matt taught me are things I still use every day, years later. He took the time to understand each person on the team and invested in developing us as whole leaders, professionally and personally. I have never experienced that level of intentional development anywhere else in my career."

"Matt is the kind of leader who develops the people around him just by working alongside him. Highly productive, clear-minded, emotionally intelligent, and he leads entirely by example."

"Working under Matt's leadership made me a meaningfully better leader. He created an environment where feedback was real, standards were high, and everyone felt genuinely supported in reaching them."

Common questions

What leaders ask before they enroll their team.

The Sprint runs for 30 days. Participants attend five live 60-minute group coaching sessions (roughly once per week) and spend 10-15 minutes per day on reflection prompts and habit tracking. Total time investment is approximately 7-8 hours over the full month.

All live sessions are recorded and available for participants who cannot attend in real time.

Yes. Cross-functional cohorts tend to produce some of the strongest results. When leaders from different parts of the org go through this together, it creates a shared leadership language that translates across teams and lasts beyond the program.

It works for both, and pairing them in the same cohort is often the highest leverage. Rising leaders get the foundation early. Senior leaders reinforce their own practice while modeling it for the next layer. The company ends up with a shared standard across two generations of leadership at once.

Live attendance is strongly encouraged because the coaching and peer interaction are core to the experience. That said, all sessions are recorded and accessible. Participants who miss a session can watch the recording and stay current with the daily practice.

Each participant leaves with their Leadership Identity document, Values Compass, and Peak Performance Protocol. These are permanent tools they carry forward. The sponsoring leader receives a summary report covering themes, growth areas, and recommendations for continued development.

For companies that want to continue, we can discuss ongoing coaching or follow-on Sprint cohorts for the next class of rising leaders.

At the conclusion of the Sprint, the sponsoring leader receives a written summary covering themes that emerged, areas of growth observed, and recommendations for how to continue building on what participants developed. No individual performance evaluations are shared without participant consent.

Most workshops deliver content over a day or two and hope it sticks. The Sprint is a 30-day structured program with daily practice, live coaching, and peer accountability. The design is built on what we know about how leadership identity and habits actually form: identity before behavior, repetition over exposure, accountability beats willpower.
