I'm Matt Racz, founder of Unified Leaders. For the last fifteen years I've been a co-founder, partner, COO, and chief people officer inside high-growth, high-stakes startups. Most of that time was spent navigating the same intensity this assessment is built to measure.

These capacities aren't theoretical to me. I've lived in them, broken under some of them, and rebuilt my leadership from the inside out. The assessment is the work of that stretch.
